Refund and Returns Policy
Product Return Definition
The term “Return” refers to the action of sending a purchased product back to GoSpot through the website “gospot.co.in.”
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered by the Seller.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must:
- Email account@gospot.co.in within 15 business days from receiving the order, stating the Order No. #.
- Return the product in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
After the item is inspected, a refund will be processed for the returned product(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are encouraged to carefully read the product description before purchasing. Returns or refunds will not be processed if the Buyer places an incorrect order. The returned item should be sent prepaid, insured, and using a trackable service to the address below.

Returns from international shipments will not be accepted. A refund (full or partial) may be processed for items that are damaged or defective, provided proof is submitted. Shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Policy Overview
This policy outlines the terms for payments made to GoSpot (“GoSpot”) and conditions under which refunds may be issued as credits for future services. GoSpot may update this policy periodically.
2. Payment Gateway
2.1 Payments for GoSpot’s services will be processed through an electronic payment service (“Payment Gateway”) provided by third-party Service Providers.
2.2 The use of the Payment Gateway is at your own risk. GoSpot does not store or collect payment details.
3. Transaction Process and Refund Policy
3.1 To confirm your interest in a deal, make the required platform fee payment to GoSpot. No refunds are issued if you cancel the platform subscription after making the payment.
3.2 Once the payment is complete, GoSpot retains the right to keep the payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 GoSpot is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Payment Gateway.
4.2 GoSpot is not responsible for the theft, misuse, or unauthorized use of personal data over the internet.
5. Banking Details
5.1 The transaction records serve as proof of the transaction’s accuracy and authenticity.
5.2 Ensure you provide accurate debit/credit card or net banking details to avoid GoSpot recovering the transaction amount and pursuing legal action.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts in Gurgaon for all disputes arising from this Policy.
Cancellation of Order
Orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing the Order No.#. A Rs. 50 cancellation fee applies to all orders. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If the product color is out of stock, an alternative color may be offered. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process and up to 7-10 business days for banks to complete. Any delays after confirmation of cancellation/refund should be directly addressed to the bank.
